The Challenge
Angle-closure glaucoma will affect over 36 million people in Asia by 2040, causing irreversible blindness at three times the rate of open-angle glaucoma. Current devices were not designed for these patients.
Introducing Flostream
Flostream is a microstent that creates an alternative outflow pathway, bypassing the trabecular meshwork and closed angle entirely. It is placed with a single-use deployment system designed for accurate, repeatable delivery.
